Directions to the Center for Compact & Efficient Fluid Power

The CCEFP is located on the University of Minnesota East bank campus at:

1701 University Ave SE
Minneapolis, MN 55414

Coming from Minneapolis side:

  • Take University Avenue exit off I-35W
  • Take University (it is one-way) to 17th Avenue SE
  • Turn left onto 17th Avenue SE
  • Take 17th Avenue SE 1½ blocks and the 4th Street Ramp entrance will be on your left
  • Park in the 4th Street Ramp
  • CCEFP is a block away at the corner of 17th Avenue SE and University Avenue SE.
  • The visitor’s entrance faces 17th Avenue SE.  Ring the doorbell and someone will let you in.


Coming from St. Paul side:

  • Take University Avenue until it becomes a one-way (the wrong way) next to TCF Bank Stadium
  • Turn right onto Oak Street SE.  In one block, Oak Street SE curves left into 4th Street SE.
  • Follow 4th Street SE approximately 4 blocks to 17th Avenue SE.
  • Turn right onto 17th Avenue SE and the 4th Street Ramp entrance will be on your left at mid block
  • Park in the 4th Street Ramp
  • CCEFP is one block away at the corner of 17th Avenue SE and University Avenue SE.
  • The visitor’s entrance faces 17th Avenue SE.  Ring the doorbell and someone will let you in.
