Provides support and assistance in the following areas:
• Develop and maintain Work Instructions for all manufacturing processes in accordance with established formats.

• Assists in the implementation of Quality Control processes and procedures as required.

Documents and submit product improvements as appropriate.

• Assures the ability to cost effectively manufacture new products before market introduction.

• Develops and maintain effective procedures to help ensure that all product routings are complete, accurate, and reflect the company’s lean thinking initiatives. This will include the effective use of time studies as appropriate.

• Assists in reducing manufacturing lot sizes to gain reductions in overall inventory levels.
• Assists in Reducingmaterials movement in our manufacturing processes.
• Assists in Integrating new product development with manufacturing processes to substantially reduce the time frame in which we can introduce new products.
• Helps practical methods by which we can measure improvement in the areas outlined above.
