In-Kind Donations

CCEFP welcomes in-kind donations from its member companies to support current and future research projects. These donations can take many forms and in the past have included various types of test equipment, fluid power components, hydraulic fluids and oils, lubricants and shop supplies.

However, research needs vary greatly depending on the timing of any given project, and it is likely that there will be needs beyond what we have listed here. If you are considering an in-kind donation of any sort, please contact our Industry Liaison Director, Mike Gust at 612-624-4956 or email him to discuss your proposal. Our research facilities do not allow for much storage, so we must plan carefully to receive equipment that we may not be able to put into immediate use.

Typical items received as in-kind donations:

  • Equipment:
    Pumps, motors, valves, hoses, fittings, accumulators, electrical controllers, power supplies, wiring and connectors, test equipment
  • Consumables:
    Hydraulic oils, lubricants, shop supplies
  • Software:
    Simulation software, company specific controls, design or CAD software
