Advanced Fluid Power Engineering Workshops

The objective of this project is to facilitate knowledge transfer between CCEFP faculty and degreed engineers in design and manufacturing positions in fluid power companies as well as Center faculty and students. These workshops enable individual faculty members in the Center to share their expertise in advanced topics relevant to fluid power, relating it to current and potential research activities.

The workshops will be taught primarily through half-day and longer e-Learning courses to minimize travel time and costs for the intended audiences. An e-Learning short course could be as simple as a webcast, but eventually our goal is to incorporate the emerging principles of e-Learning pedagogy to deliver high-quality courses.
